This is an exceptional non-vintage Champagne, named Instinct by it's producers.
This is a great all-rounder, great aperitif, fabulous any time, but strong
enough to accompany darker meat dishes!
Delightfully dry, with a yeasty nose, initial flowery notes on the tongue
give way to stronger flavours, even a hint of licorice. It is a mix of
72% pinot Meunier, 13% Pinot Noir and 15% Chardonnay.
